As an Account Manager at flauntworthy, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing and technology solutions. You will be the bridge between our clients and our dynamic team, ensuring that our creative endeavors align with client objectives.

What you will be doing

Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to clients.

Strategic Planning

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans to address client needs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize client campaigns.

Campaign Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Problem Resolution

  • Proactively address and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to find innovative solutions to challenges.

Qualifications you should have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
