Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create compelling visual designs for print and digital platforms, including logos, marketing collateral, and social media graphics.
• Develop brand identities and style guides that resonate with target audiences and convey brand messaging effectively.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that exceed expectations.

Creative Conceptualization

• Generate innovative ideas and concepts for brand campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Translate client briefs and project objectives into visually compelling designs and creative concepts.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to ensure our work remains fresh and cutting-edge.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure alignment on creative direction and project objectives.
• Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to fellow team members to foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a passion for creativity and innovation.
